Is there an email address or a contact form?
No, and that is deliberate. The phone gets you a conversation about what the machine is doing, which is the part that decides what goes on the van. The booking link puts a slot in the calendar directly.

What should I have ready when I call?
The model and serial from the plate, a real temperature from each compartment, and what changed and when. With those three we can usually narrow the fault before anyone drives out.

Where is the model plate?
On most built-ins, the upper left wall inside the fresh-food compartment near the ceiling. On some column units it is behind the lower grille. Photograph the whole plate rather than typing the model line out.

How far do you travel?
Monterey County and Santa Cruz County, the Salinas Valley, and the inland edge at Los Gatos over Highway 17. Outside that we will tell you rather than take the booking.
