What this site collects

These pages are static files. There is no contact form, no newsletter signup, no account system and no email address published anywhere on the site, so there is nothing here that asks you to type personal information into it.

What the hosting provider records

Like any web server, ours keeps standard access logs: IP address, the page requested, the time, the referring page and the browser user agent. These are used to keep the site working and to detect abuse. They are not combined with anything else and they are not sold.

Third parties on these pages

• Booking. The booking button opens a scheduling service at a separate domain. Anything you enter there is handled under that service's own privacy terms, not ours.
• Maps. Some pages embed a Google Maps frame. Loading it means your browser contacts Google, and Google may set cookies or record the request under its own terms.
• Search engines. Standard verification files are present so the site can be listed. They do not read anything about you.

What we do when you call or book

We keep what is needed to do the job and to keep a service record: name, service address, phone number, the appliance model and serial, what was found and what was done. It is used for the repair, for follow-up on that repair, and for the warranty on the labour. It is not sold, rented or shared for marketing.

Advertising and tracking

This site does not carry advertising trackers, remarketing pixels or cross-site behavioural profiling.

Your information

If you want to know what we hold about a job, or want it corrected or deleted, call (669) 336-6357 and ask. Records we are required to keep for tax or warranty reasons are kept for those reasons and nothing else.

Children

This is a service for property owners and occupiers, and it is not directed at children.

Changes

If this policy changes, the revised version appears on this page. There is no mailing list to notify, by design.
